2015 Honda Civic Silver We had bad experience with Paul Miller on Monday, May 04,2015. We had called George Nealis at 5.15 PM and made an appointment for 7.15 PM same day to We had bad experience with Paul Miller on Monday, May 04,2015. We had called George Nealis at 5.15 PM and made an appointment for 7.15 PM same day to buy 2015 Honda Civic Silver Color. We were told that it is in stock. On reaching the dealership, we were told Silver had just been sold!! While test driving the Car, the sales consultant, Ryan told us that they could get Silver in a day or two. Otherwise, we would not have gone for test drive. We were ready to wait for a couple of days, if needed as we wanted Silver color only. Ryan's Manager, Melvin told us that our option is to buy the colors that they had in stock only. The price is going up next day and we would have to pay shipping/ additional charges , which they could not tell us. This made it impossible for us to make a decision. Wish Dealership had called us about the situation before we went to dealership .Not sure, if they thought the price offered was too low to sell the car? We did not like the attitude. Dealership lost customer, for ever! Obviously, we bought it another dealership same day. More

Ryan Anderson and the dealership are excellent Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car mode Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car model I wanted to buy, he also convinced me to buy the higher model of the same car, just by pointing out an enhanced safety feature during the car drive and without being pushy at all. When I went back to conclude the deal, we had only 20 minutes before my bank would close for the weekend. Ryan was able to get an acceptable price for my old car from his manager (who is a kind person too) and accompanied me to the nearest bank that was on the point of closing, waiting outside in my car till I completed the transaction. In few hours, I entered the dealership with my old car and exited it with the new one, all taken care of (insurance, temporary documents, etc.). Afterwards, Ryan has always been kind and patiently answered all the questions I had related to the use of my new car. I highly recommend Ryan and the Paul Miller Honda dealership. More

Great experience The sales manager Matt was very friendly, enthusiastic and easy to work with. After negotiating, we settled on a great price for a brand new car. We intended to buy the car with the most basic trim level but ended up buying the car with more features and higher value yet still got a fair price (almost the price of the basic trim level). Matt made a process that is often stressful, a pleasant experience and we're very satisfied with the car. Our salesman Ryan, on the other hand, seemed friendly and professional at first but his interest in selling the car deteriorated over time. He was taking too long to bring the car for a test drive and kept leaving and coming back. During the test drive, we had to pull information about the car from him. When we began negotiating for a better price, he clearly was not happy with our offers. If not for the manager, we would probably never make a deal. When we went to pick up the car the next day (since it was not prepped the day before), Ryan left to find the car and disappeared for more than an hour without anyone even knowing where he was. It turned out the car was still not ready and he was already speaking to other customers without our knowledge. We have waited almost 3 hours to get the car. Thankfully, we got the car after Matt stepped in to help. Our entire experience would've been perfect if not for the salesman's carelessness after the sale. Even though, our experience with the salesman was not good, I do not blame the dealership for it since the manager made sure that we were happy with the car and the price. More

I had a wonderful experience with the sales rep., at Paul Miller Honda. We did not feel the high pressure that you normally get at a dealership. I've written several reviews already but I don't know if Ryan Anderson has received the credit he greatly deserves. Ryan is an upstanding employee- very personable and knowledgeable. He's been in touch with me several times to make sure I am happy with my new Honda Accord and I've been to a dealership a couple of times in the beginning to have him assist me with minor issues that I was unfamiliar with (my previous car was a 2000 Honda and I didn't have so many bells & whistles in the older car! lol). Kudos to Ryan and to the entire staff at Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell! More

I visited several dealers (Honda, Acura, BMW and Audi) while looking for a pre-owned Acura TL and in addition to having the best fit in terms of the actual car I was looking for this dealer had the best c while looking for a pre-owned Acura TL and in addition to having the best fit in terms of the actual car I was looking for this dealer had the best customer service. The car had been well serviced and was in excellent condition (brakes, new tires etc.). Ryan Anderson was a pleasure to deal with and provided friendly service before and after the sale. I was very impressed overall with this dealer, and the staff. After having owned a Honda Accord for ten years, and being impressed with the reliability of the car, I am probably a lifelong Honda motor customer I would put this dealer at the top of my list when purchasing a new car even though there are more than five Honda dealers closer to my home. More
