In the past 7 years I’ve bought 3 cars from Grand Subaru in Bensenville. The next 3 cars I buy will be from there as well. On my most recent purchase, General Manager- Ryan Drouin and TradeUp Advantage Co in Bensenville. The next 3 cars I buy will be from there as well. On my most recent purchase, General Manager- Ryan Drouin and TradeUp Advantage Coordinator- Nealy Anderson far exceeded my expectations. They took time to understand what I was looking for, provided great advice, and delivered on an efficient and seamless trade-in and purchase closing. Not too mention a great price on both the trade-in and new purchase!! In the past 7 years, anytime I have needed service, their service department was hassle-free, easy to work with, and provided honest advice. Our son who lives in The Chicago area suggested that we check Grand Subaru. They had exactly the car we wanted. Everyone we worked with at Grand Subaru was exceptional. I have purchased many new cars in my 70 year history and never have encountered this quality of experience. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, friendly, and left us feeling very comfortable with our purchase. Joe Lewicki spent several hours introducing us to the car and insuring we understood its operation. Al Hassan completed our paper work and explained every detail insuring we understood the purchasing options. We are completely satisfied with our new Ascent and the purchasing experience. More
