Seemed un-organized since I was there the last time. I was blind sighted by the fact that a dealership would tell me it took them 4 hours to fix a headlight. I guess Gm has a "special procedure" but I've gotten the bulb changed before and it took the other g tell me it took them 4 hours to fix a headlight. I guess Gm has a "special procedure" but I've gotten the bulb changed before and it took the other guy an hour. You can watch YouTube videos where they do it in 5 minutes. Maybe you guys can make a YouTube video on how it takes like 4 hours. And I also watched the video on how tot are the bumper off. It wasn't 4 hours. Now I know dealerships take their time with this but it put a bad taste in my mouth that they didn't tell me before fixing the headlight. I didn't mind paying a couple hundred but almost $700 is insane. More
