This was my first time to Crestmont. Ryan Jones was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Despite the shortage of vehicles, I was able to get the color and Sonata I wanted. The test drive convinced me helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Despite the shortage of vehicles, I was able to get the color and Sonata I wanted. The test drive convinced me it was the vehicle I wanted. All of the safety features make the car a pleasure to drive. I could even take the car home the same day I leased it! Never had that opportunity at any other dealer. Would highly recommend Cresmont and Ryan! More

I have purchased one car and attempted to purchase two more. The last two times I walked away frustrated by the tactics. Try to upswell you, not great at listening to needs. No upfront pricing. At one point they were able to cut 100 per month off my price when my wife and I said thanks but no thanks. Not the kind of dealer that will get my business in the future. The trade value online system is just a way to get you in the building. More

I HAVE A GENESIS G80 MY 4TH CAR LEASED THRU CRESTMONT THE TRANSMISSION BANGS IN N OUT AT LOW SPEEDS FOR TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT IT THEY SAY COMPUTER TEST CANNOT FIND CAUSE, I PURCHASED A 2011 TRANSMISSION BANGS IN N OUT AT LOW SPEEDS FOR TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT IT THEY SAY COMPUTER TEST CANNOT FIND CAUSE, I PURCHASED A 2011 BUICK IN OCT2020 PURCHASED AUTO WARRANTY $1400 DOLLARS TURN AIR CONDITION ON 4/2021 DID NOT WORK CRESTMONT SAID ITS NOT COVER I PAID THE COST. 5/21 CAR BREAK DOWN TOWED TO CRESTMONT THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO BRING IT TO A BUICK DEALER I HAVE IT TOWED TO GANELY BUICK THEY TOLD ME IT NEED A CHIP IN THE ENGINE THEY TOLD ME MY WARRENTY DOES NOT COVER THE PART IT WILL COST ME $1000 WHEN THEY CAN GET THE CHIP THEY TOLD ME THEY MAY NOT GET THE PART FOR 3 TO 6 MONTHS THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO TELL ME THEY WILL STORE MY CAR FOR FREE THEY SUGGESTED I LEASE A NEW CAR UNTIL THEY FIX IT.
