I have purchased one car and attempted to purchase two more. The last two times I walked away frustrated by the tactics. Try to upswell you, not great at listening to needs. No upfront pricing. At one point they were able to cut 100 per month off my price when my wife and I said thanks but no thanks. Not the kind of dealer that will get my business in the future.
