John? Funny we had a Grant with the exact issues. Grant, I’m sorry it took 5 weeks and I agree that is too long. We followed Ford Motor Company’s direction to fix your ticking noise. First, we replaced the Vacuum pump and the noise still existed. Second, Ford advised us to replace the High-pressure pump and that did fix your ticking noise. We drove the truck with you, our tech and the service manager and all agreed the noise was fixed. About the loaner vehicle, you signed a rental agreement and an affidavit that you agreed to pay for any damages to the loaner. You did not have normal wear and tear. You drove the pick-up for your work and scratched the sides, the door threshold and bed of the truck. Once we inspected the vehicle it needed $643.33 in repairs. We decided to pay for the bedliner and thought it was a fair solution for you to pay the balance of $244.33. We are no different if you were to rent from Hertz, Avis, or Enterprise because you would have had to pay for 100% the damages at those companies. I’m sorry you’re unhappy and that you use that language to insult us! All we did was try to help.

Kyle--Chancy nor myself have not had any dealings with elderly person in at least a year. We have also not had any issues that haven’t been handled with any of our customers in months. I have also asked over half of my staff at both dealerships and no one has had issues with a customer. Kyle--This must be a hoax which is pretty sad. I have spent several hours researching this and no one knows of any situation with an elderly person in any department. Plus, Kyle has never called me to discuss. This is the problem with review sites. You can tag whoever and write whatever you want even if it isn’t true.
