My Review Of Ryan Ford:
I was looking for a car for my oldest daughter and wanted to shop locally. After looking online and emailing Westley several times, I decided it was time to go in and seriously discuss what I was looking for. I did not have an appointment set when I showed up and Westley was busy with another client when I arrived but, he came out and greeted me. He explained he was busy and asked if I would mind having another salesman help me in the meantime. He introduced me to Mark Jones who took me out on the lot take a look at the vehicle I was considering purchasing. After discussing what I wanted and did not want on the vehicle, I called my daughter to come down and test drive it. She was thrilled. Mark explained some of the features of the Fusion to her while we were driving around and she was very happy with how it handled. After returning to the dealership, Mark and I sat down to discuss the numbers. Now this is the point that I dread everytime I purchase a vehicle. The typical back and forth bargaining is exhausting and frustrating but, I sat down and prepared myself for the battle. Mark left the office briefly and had a drive out quote for me when he returned. I was shocked that the number he showed me was one I was more than happy with. There was no argument, no negotiating, no "let me check with my manager"-there was just the complete drive out, this is what you pay to take it home price. Wow! I was impressed and relieved. I let Mark know I needed to discuss the purchase with my daughter's father and get funds situated and that I would be in touch as soon as I could get it all nailed down. A couple of days later, I let Westley and Mark know I was ready to move forward. We proceeded through the financing process and that evening we were able to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. If I had any complaints at all, it would be that I'm not entirely sure the car was cleaned up as well as if they had been given more time and when we got into the finance office, I was told there was a warranty added on to the price on the documents. I would have appreciated that being explained to me prior to it being added so I could look at my options and have time to consider them but, I did end up purchasing the warranty because of the peace of mind it provided me. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to doing business with them again.
