EXCELLENT I don't really do reviews since I am a firm believer of research, numbers and straight up fair negotiation. Since a car is the 2nd most expensive basic need, I was impressed dealing with Scott Ferguson and feel it is my duty to acknowledge a good customer experience. This man is a gentleman and a scholar! His manager (very professional) is also a straight shooter and reasonable gentleman. I would recommend buying a car from Luther Brook dale Honda and in particular working with Scott (Gold stars again). I am a difficult customer since I do not like buyer remorse :), but I can honestly say, so far so good, on a recently purchased 2015 Honda Pilot. My thoughts after dealing with Scott Ferguson is that he is knowledgeable of the cars in the lot, he is patient, succinct and a genuinely good person. I would invite him for a party at my house. Thank you Scott and the Finance guy who got us in and out of that "dreaded" office with hopefully no scars :) I will be bringing in my other vehicle for an armor upgrade. It is true what S. Honda stated, "If you make a superior product, people will buy it". More

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I do no recommend going this dealership. Why? They don't care about the cars they bring in to sell from outside of Minnesota. All they care is money. I do no recommend going this dealership. Why? They don't care about the cars they bring in to sell from outside of Minnesota. All they care is money. The have to make a living to sell vehicles. They don't inspect the cars, even technicians. They will lie to you right in front of you even the pricing of the car is higher than usual. They will say the windshield wiper blades are good, but it was false when it doesn't come close when I inspect. Inspections is so bad, they couldn't even tell me about my windshield fluids wasn't working when I first purchase a vehicle. They will rip you off and they don't care. I do not recommend going to this place. They're just a big liar that just want your money, they act like they care about you when you're in need of a great car, but doesn't give a xxxx thing when you have problems about the vehicle when its suppose to be in great condition to drive without any problems. I came back to them to exchange cars for 3 times, I'm still not satisfied because of the pricing. My sale person he talk to the manager about the vehicle I had, but he wasn't around. Great Experience, with one exception When we purchased our Honda Odyssey ex-L, it was a fabulous experience! I was greeted with a smile and treated as if I was the only person there! Tanner did an exceptionally great job taking the time and effort to answer my questions and address my concerns. He (and Ryan) went out of their way to help me figure out why the windshield looked so strange when looking through it. They solved the problem promptly by deciding to replace it!! The day we picked up the minivan, we didn't know Tanner had already left work for the day. He actually returned back to the dealership so we could pick up our vehicle that day. He went way above and beyond and we are so appreciative that he did this for us!! Several days later, he followed up with us to see if everything was okay with our van. Tanner was so professional and gracious. He had a no pressure attitude and was very laid back. He didn't act like we were wasting his time. I LOVED that! I HIGHLY recommend Tanner Brothen as a sales rep!! Here is the part that wasn't so smooth - the day we picked up the Odyssey, we signed the mountains of paperwork and then it was sent to the finance department. Why in the world should our buying experience take a total of about 3 hours?!!! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! We didn't even need financing! We had our little girls with us and they were getting so tired. The TV in the "kids area" couldn't even be turned on, so the girls had very little to keep them occupied. My husband was NOT happy at all. We arrived at the dealership at about 6:30 pm and weren't able to leave until after 10:00 pm! There is absolutely no reason for that especially since it was at the end of the day and it wasn't crowded. That is my only complaint though. This is the only reason my rating is four stars and not five. More

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and introduced to the correct person to assist me. My goal was to have Ryan give me a quote to purchase my used car. Ryan, lead me through the process, not as buyer, but more as a host. I feel the price I was offered was more than a fair price. After we agreed, we spent a little more time while Ryan wrapped up the details so that I had little, if anything to take care of once the transaction was complete. Given the manner in which I was treated, I would not hesitate to go back to Brookdale Honda. - Joe More
