He answered all of our questions, took us on the test drives (yes 2) and then worked with us on the price. Notice I did not use the word “salesman” because he never sold us the car, nor did he pressure or fast talk us in any way. I have bought Jeep, Toyota, Nissan and serviced Volvo - this has been the very best car buying experience of my life. I highly recommend this classy dealership and their professional but congenial attitude. Now I’m off to enjoy my Subaru! More

He patiently answered our questions and reviewed the options for getting a new Subaru Outback 2017 Limited. I had only intended to get a trade in offer for our 2010 Subaru Outback and possibly do a test drive but We ended up buying a new car. It was all made very easy by the dealership in spite of the fact that I intended to pay cash but needed a few days to raise the funds. The finance person often plays the "bad cop" in the whole car sales story but in this case Mike worked with us without being too pushy or aggressive. I drove away feeling like I had accomplished something significant as opposed to the feeling of having been ripped off. More
