Update:. While still not pleased with a lot of my past two days, at least the manager made it right. First went in for servicing and they identified a bunch of problems. (Possible). Had to come back ne two days, at least the manager made it right. First went in for servicing and they identified a bunch of problems. (Possible). Had to come back next day for "repairs" with a quote a bit over $1500. Was staying because supposed to be 4 hours.then told after 5 hours it would be longer. Gave me a loaner for rest of afternoon. Two and a half hours later it was ready. Went in and the price was $600+more than quote. Manager reduced it to quote which is all I asked. More

Incomplete and frustrated Briggs auto Lawrence KS My 2016 Dodge Ram was at the body shop and the service shop , in the beginning they would not call or return emails , after several trips to the shop My 2016 Dodge Ram was at the body shop and the service shop , in the beginning they would not call or return emails , after several trips to the shop and a phone call to them on Thursday March 21 I was told That my truck would be done on Friday March 22 , On Friday I go in to get my truck and they told me it would now be Monday morning , on Monday I go in again because I had heard nothing from them and then they tell me Tuesday morning , Tuesday morning they call me and then tell me it would be ready at 3 pm Tuesday . After going to the shop and not even getting out of the parking lot I realize the truck has a real bad steering issue that it never had before so I walk back in and tell them about it and then we go to the service manager and he claims it was like that when he received it on Friday , The truck drove fine when I took it in to them 10 days prior . So when I asked the service manager why he did not inform anyone of that he simply acted as if he didn’t care , I am amazed that someone would claim they are aware of a serious problem with someone’s vechicle but decide not to tell anyone about . To understand how bad the steering problem is imagine putting your truck on dry pavement and engage the 4 wheel drive and turn in a circle . The manager of the service Dept is john from what I understand he use to work for the dodge dealer in Ottawa Ks . More

Poor customer service My wife brought my truck in to get serviced and to do recall work. It took 2.5 hours- longer than expected. When she got home (40 mins away) lights st My wife brought my truck in to get serviced and to do recall work. It took 2.5 hours- longer than expected. When she got home (40 mins away) lights started going off- brake service light, traction light and the gears were rough when shifting. She called, they asked her to bring it back in. Wasn’t an option, we have 3 kids and weren’t going to make the drive back with braking issues. The guy on the phone didn’t have an answer so she asked to speak with someone who did, the next guy on the phone sent someone to come get he vehicle. They left a loaner and asked that we put gas back in it with the agreement that they would put gas back in ours especiallh since the problem with the vehicle was something they did. They seemed to have fixed the issue, met her the next morning to swap vehicles back but said they would not put gas back in the truck and we were lucky that they already did what they did. Lucky that they fixed their mess up and put us out another $20 in gas? Terrible customer service, we will never be back and will definitely let others know about the poor service. More

Briggs Jeep in Lawrence is the dealership to go to for servi I live in Manhattan but have always gone back to Briggs Jeep in Lawrence. I have gone to other places to get my Jeep service and always leave not satisfied, but Briggs in Lawrence, I know I can count on them from Mike in Service to Ryan customer intake and to the technician who fixes my jeep. The vehicle is always ready on time, they will work with customer on getting best option on repairs. I am happy leaving Briggs Jeep in Lawrence. poor customer service I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday 9/11 for oil change and check engine light the appointment wasn’t until 10 am on Wednesday 9/12. I understand when I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday 9/11 for oil change and check engine light the appointment wasn’t until 10 am on Wednesday 9/12. I understand when people get busy and fall behind, but I did not get my vehicle back until Thursday 9/13 at 6:00 pm. No apology for being late just here’s your total. I requested a quote on an original windshield and this is Monday 9/17 and still have not heard anything. When I would call and ask about my vehicle it sound as if I was bothering them. At one point I was given the information on the wrong vehicle. Could not get a straight answer asked if tech had looked at vehicle Wednesday afternoon was told “certainly” found out tech did not touch vehicle until Thursday morning sounded as if they really didn’t care. Also when calling on 9/13 I was disconnected from service department 3 different times. More
