I always trust Jim Falk Motors for the servicing of my Nissan truck. And I have nothing but the highest regard for the Service Department, especially my Service Tech Ryan Westberg. He always gives me deta Nissan truck. And I have nothing but the highest regard for the Service Department, especially my Service Tech Ryan Westberg. He always gives me detailed explanations of what will be done on my vehicle and then goes over everything that was taken care of after the work is completed. If anything additional is required during the servicing, he always calls to discuss with me before doing any additional work. I feel so fortunate to have Ryan as my service advisor. He is a real asset to the Service Department and to the company. More
