Your business model is flawed. Techs need to spend a lot more time on vehicles in order to satisfactorily diagnose a vehicle even if no fix is possible. You made me feel like my business is not a priority especially when Steve got involved. If your job is to defuse a situation, you did a horrible job starting by not hearing what the customer is telling you even if you disagree. Never again. More

I have been going to this dealership for service since I purchased my vehicle about 3 or 4 years ago. I met Steve Williams and really liked the way he took time to work with me with much patience. He prov purchased my vehicle about 3 or 4 years ago. I met Steve Williams and really liked the way he took time to work with me with much patience. He provided me with his cell phone number and made himself available when needed. So, whenever I need service, I call or text Steve. He knows me and addresses me by name when I walk into the service center. That's my definition of excellent service. More
