Al did a good job on the 4 square data, but it was raining and windy. It makes it hard to find all the dings on the car under those conditions. Would recommend that you fill the gas tank, when customer is from out of town it was almost empty. Present the water upfront customer should not have to ask. Car vin said moonroof, no, not there. Car runs great but no maps. Every car should have a option to continue with the subscription for the navigation system. I have to have the car detailed, paint has car wash swirls. Never take a car through a car was it ruins the paint especially black. Love the leather. Sales person should have knowledge about the car, how to set cruise control navigation system (if it has one). This car does not. Now i must negotiate with Toyota. Finance was great that manager took the check it saved a trip. More

This is thr worst dealership ever if you can but a vehicle from somewhere else about this place at all cost I purchase a brand new vehicle last year Cash and I was promised a five year oil change and vehicle from somewhere else about this place at all cost I purchase a brand new vehicle last year Cash and I was promised a five year oil change and services if I purchased a extended warranty but I never received any paperwork I when to this place this year asking for a copy of my contract and the manager who is the most rude and incompetent ever treated me like I was trash I waited and requested to meet with the person who sold me the warranty he denied me to meet with her I waited and saw her and she said I remember you yes I did give you 5 year of free services and will honor it but I'm busy right know can call you later on to schedule an appointment I agree and left the placed waited for her call vlcalked the place a couple of times no response from her a even drove there at one point but the manager again denied me to talk to the person who sold me the warranty. More
