Karen was a pleasure to work with she’s so patient. Took a lot of time with all the paper work and help me learn the workings of this SUV. At 73 and 11 year ago I bought a Santa Fe at this dealership.I Took a lot of time with all the paper work and help me learn the workings of this SUV. Went into Lester Glenn with the intention of keeping our 2021 Elantra . We were greeted by Lou . He was friendly , knowledgeable and informative . He gave us several options , crashed the numbers and put us 2021 Elantra . We were greeted by Lou . He was friendly , knowledgeable and informative .
