Darrell was very friendly with my daughter and gave her activities to make her time go by quicker. I received a tour of the whole dealership and everyone was very friendly. Sal was extremely helpful and friendly as well and let me know what was the best options for me as far as prices. Sal also finished my paper work extremely quickly yet still explaining everything thoroughly. More

My salesman was superb but my finance person was fair as he did not forward the paperwork in a timely fashion to the lender although his personal inte My salesman was superb but my finance person was fair as he did not forward the paperwork in a timely fashion to the lender although his personal interface with my wife and I was excellent. This created a difficult day with several phone calls to him, my salesman and the financial institution that I have never had in the past. Except for this problem, I would have rated Gunn Honda at 5 stars. I have used your service center for my prior 2 Honda Pilots and always found then to be excellent and expect this will not have changed. My sales person deserves 5 stars. More

We came in to see if we could not only trade in our 2015, but also upgrade. Sal worked with us and helped get the best value for our trade-in, but when another hail storm hit. He rushed out to pull our trade-in undercover to keep from sustaining any more damage. Very impressive. More

In general, I like how all of your employees communicate in a very personal level. Antonio make the final steps to our purchase very easy and simple to get through. In general, the entire process was very enjoyable which is something that doesn't happen very often when buying a vehicle. Cameron was my serviceman for many years before he moved to finance.
