Manager was rude to my Husband, quoted me zero that warranty would cover after holding my car for two weeks said that it would be $2800. Every time I bring my vehicle in, whether it’s a routine oil change and/or diagnostics, I have to wait an excessive amount of time. This visit, my vehicle sat for two hours from my appointment time and hadn oil change and/or diagnostics, I have to wait an excessive amount of time. This visit, my vehicle sat for two hours from my appointment time and hadn’t been touched. This was not the first time. I spoke to the manager for a resolution and I dread the wait time when I have to bring it in for more diagnostics. I really don’t want to do business with Jim Falk anymore because my time is not valued. The upside is Natalie at the check-in desk is very nice and professional. More
