I was working with Andrea, a great saleslady. Sam was great as well. She is actually 5 star quality, but the moment I had a small issue with the truck, she would not return my calls. The real Sam was great as well. She is actually 5 star quality, but the moment I had a small issue with the truck, she would not return my calls. The real problem is the used car mgr. Scott. What a complete hole. There was a little broken part on the truck, and while I was there they said they would fix it. The next day, I found the glass was broken on the third eye brake light in the back. When I spoke to him about it he said he is NOT replacing anything on the truck. Stated I bought it as is, and that's tough. Said to me go to a GMC, close to my house, cause he is not replacing parts and he's the mgr. and that's the final word. I doubt this is the final word, maybe so. He was absolutely the nastiest part about Garden Grove Kia. More
