My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
Herbie Rosario, my salesman, was wonderfully friendly, interested, candid, and knowledgeable. He clearly took pride in his work and was looking to make a long-term customer for the dealership rather than a quick sale.

Sam Chao was the salesman for my previous purchase from this dealership, and my trust and respect for him was a major reason why I returned to the same place for my next car.

The person handling financing was extremely patient and helpful as well, and went through all the detailed paperwork with expert efficiency.

I highly recommend this dealership. I've bought my last three cars from them.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
After going to a different Honda dealership in West New York, I was very upset and frustrated with the hard sell and all the lies they told me. I heard about the dealership in Tenafly and how pleasant they were and decided to give them a try. Boy what a difference! First, they were very friendly and easy to talk to so I was at ease right from the start. There was no hard sell and they were calm with the whole process. I left the dealership and said I needed time to think about it and they were totally cool with it. I did come back and they were still very friendly and very calm. I ended up buying a Honda Pilot and I'm very happy. This is the first time in my life that I had a wonderful experience buying a car.

This dealer is good but tough. You need to talk to the mangers to get things done. The sales departmenet is very nice, but be careful, their word may be half truths. Only the managers words have any weight when it comes to agreeing on a price and contract details. I hope this helps.
