Aroon Samuel was an excellent Lexus Delivery Specialist and helped me learn all about my new vehicle. Paul Rockett has also helped me in the past with Vehicle Warranty options. Jeffery and Marlene were top notch professionals, who took the time to answer all my questions and provide thorough explanations. They were very attentive to what I wanted in a new car, and never tried took the time to answer all my questions and provide thorough explanations. They were very attentive to what I wanted in a new car, and never tried to push me to get more than I really needed. Sam was very patient as we worked through financing options ahead of the sale and I could hear the smile on his face through the phone. When it was time to sign the papers, JT made sure to answer all our questions pertaining to additional warranty options. Again, he never pushed us to buy additional coverage that we'd decided we did not want. I would highly recommend each and every one of the individuals to a friend or family. I am now a Westside Lexus client for life! More
