In spite of the restrictions placed on businesses by the government, the staff at Piazza Hyundai were easy to deal with and very accommodating throughout the whole process. John McDonnell, our salesman, worked very hard to earn our business answering our questions and reviewing many different alternatives until we decided on the final choice of vehicles. All the while, Sam Ehlers, general manager, was there to assist John and us with details about the car and deal. Additionally, Sam stood behind the 3 day exchange program after we had driven the car home and were not completely satisfied with its performance - we were able to return it the next next for another car. This was the epitome of service and attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Sam and his team. I will buy another car from him in the future. I trust his integrity and the honesty of the dealership. Finally a last word about the good work of Jodi and Laura. More

I brought a beautiful 2020 Symphony Silver Hyundai Santa Fe from West Chester Hyundai in early February. We took a test drive with our salesman Hakan and we both enjoyed the overall feel and look of the vehicle. Hakan explained everything there is to know about the Santa Fe which we really appreciated. As far as a salesman Hakan is a 5 star guy in my book. He followed through on all the things we talked about with the sale of the vehicle and l appreciated and respect that. So in my book he is a 5 star salesman and Hyundai of West Chester is a 5 star dealership. We would definitely comeback there for another vehicle and recommend others as well. Thanks, Carlos B More

New Lease Purchase Went Great We first came in looking for a car and the first person to assist didn't listen to what safety features I wanted for my daughter and wasn't a good fit We first came in looking for a car and the first person to assist didn't listen to what safety features I wanted for my daughter and wasn't a good fit for me. We ended up deciding on a SUV and I came back and worked with Hakan. He was perfect for me. He answered every question without hesitation which told me he knew the features of the car, not just how to sell. The test drive and explanation was impressive and that sold us on the Tucson. I came back 2 days later and even though he had multiple clients in motion, he kept things moving for us and got us totally setup with the new car and the technology. During that Sam put together all the paperwork and only took 5 minutes to complete the process. We were in and off with the new car in 1 hour. Great job to both Hakan and Sam. More
