This time we worked with Sam Santiago and although there were several delays in receiving the vehicle (all due to part shortages and transportation issues), Sam kept me informed every step of the way. When the vehicle did arrive, he thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles - first new vehicle for us in 7 years and first ever hybrid - and explained how everything worked. After that it was back to the finance room where we met with Derek Purcell to make the deal official. That process couldn't have been anymore seamless or expedient. Derek had all our paperwork prepped and ready to be signed - something we were very grateful for as my wife had hard out to pick up kids from school. Derek efficiently explained all the legal mumbo jumbo in terms we could easily understand and we made it through all the signatures in time for my wife to pick up the kiddos. All together, I was there for less than an hour and a half! I highly recommend checking out Leith Honda, and especially Sam and Derek! Thanks again guys! More

Allison is the best person to deal with when buying a car. The whole experience can be overwhelming and it was my first big purchase/lease. She checked in on me periodically throughout the lease, assisted with setting up maintenance service appmts, sent me birthday and car anniversary cards, and when it came to the end of my lease she touched base to see if I needed help with options. She explained everything in that process and helped me with ensuring I was still saving money in the end. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring person. I was not just a customer or sale to her. She truly cares and was invested in my whole experience with Honda. She is no longer just my car salesman, but more of a friend now.
