I live in new jersey. We needed a new truck and inventory was limited last year. Ended up finding this 2017 Chevy suburban online last october. We went on the word of the dealer that everything was good. They boasted about how Maryland has the toughest standards for inspection. It was bought and serviced at that dealership so they could guarantee everything was good. They are a Chevy dealership after all. We pick up the truck the first week of november. It's cold, rainy and dark when I get there. I'm still trusting that this is a reputable dealership. when I get home the next morning my wife looks at it and it is filthy in the back half of the truck. Dog hair and slobber everywhere. Now when It gets warm out I goto use the air conditioner and it blows out hot air. They say well since it's been so long they won't help me. They could but are choosing not to. This is what I would expect from a sleazy used car lot not a Chevrolet dealership. Very dissatisfied. Do not buy from these guys. They give Chevrolet a bad name. More

Scambag place about to buy a over 60K shelby gt350R 2017 everything was done but when i request pre purchase inspection the come with all sourse of BS and said they can not do it. Alysha sales person is a disaster with her manager. They declined pre purchase inspection and told me unfortunately another customer buy the car already with is not true. That was july 29/21 and gues what today july 31/21 the car still available. Thanks good i didn't buy from there. God knows what kind issue car has thats why they dont want certified the vehicle because of course there's something wrong with the car. Dont go there wasting money and time. Internet Purchase 2016 Ford Mustang Internet Sales was a great experience, found the car I wanted, with the options I needed on Autotrader, Bob Bell had the best price within 1,200 miles Internet Sales was a great experience, found the car I wanted, with the options I needed on Autotrader, Bob Bell had the best price within 1,200 miles as I live in Atlanta. They had all the original paperwork, window sticker, etc. 'Sam' walked out, took pictures, measured tire tread depth, answered questions and provided the Car Fax. They don't negotiate internet pricing which was fine as their price was great and they don't tack on stupid dealer fees. For example ($899 dealer processing; $199 window glass etching; $89 nitrogen tire fill, etc.) They don't accept payment or down payment via credit card... not sure why but it's a company policy. Put a deposit on a credit card, they FedEx paperwork, I filled it out returned in the FedEx envelop they provided; wired money. Flew up, was met at the airport by Sam, shuttled to the dealership; Spent 35 minutes getting final paperwork, they refunded credit card deposit and was on my way. They had detailed the car beautifully, all manuals were in the car, and I had a full tank of gas. My daughter LOVES her new car.......but it was dirty after driving it 712 miles home... but here face was priceless when she saw it. Took less time than buying a cellphone.... More

I just bought a Toyota Yaris yesterday and Sam Walters was the gentleman that helped my dad and I. He was super nice and gave us a wonderful deal on the car and the trade in valve for our crappy Kia Rio! was the gentleman that helped my dad and I. Previously working with Sam Walters I owned a 2010 Chevy equinox. There was problem after problem with the car and it never seemed to get resolved. Only after dropping my car off for a third time to have pa equinox. There was problem after problem with the car and it never seemed to get resolved. Only after dropping my car off for a third time to have parts replaced in my engine and it still wasn’t corrected, was I introduced to Sam. After talking to him for 5 mins he put my mind at ease and made me feel like my problem was going to be corrected. 2 days later I was in a 2013 Chevy equinox. Sam answered all my questions and worked with due diligence to get me what I wanted. It is because of him that my faith in bob bell was restored. More
