Good Sales Staff. The sales person was good. This was my second car leased from this dealership and each time they automatically put on window etching and the consumer The sales person was good. This was my second car leased from this dealership and each time they automatically put on window etching and the consumer pays for it! Not their fault , my fault for coming back. In the finance dept, I received what I told was an “incentive” from Honda which was free Honda Care and some excessive wear and tear warranty which I thought was from Honda. It wasn't. My fault for NOT reading the Adjusted Cap cost in sales contract but I was never told that was going to be added. I do not buy extended warranties. If its offered as free, I would take it. Upon reading the initial paperwork it looks like it was just a 3yr/36k extended warranty . Fast Forward a week later, Honda sends me the actual VSC and it was not ad bad as I thought as it includes oil filter changes, tire repair and roadside assistance. I just feel it was “ dumped “ into the price of the car without fully disclosing that they were doing that. More

When I wasn’t sure about the original car (not crazy about cloth interior) another similar car (with leather interior and NAVI) was suggested. I fell in love! Got a great deal, great service, and a new perspective on buying a car - not as stressful as assumed!! More

Special thanks to Ray (GM) who had to help me as he was heading out when I drove the vehicle into a dead end and got into a tight spot! Overall great experience with DCH Academy Honda! This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The sales person who sold me my first one 15 years ago was in finance. Great dealership and helpful group of employees!! More

Hole in the bumper of a CPO Honda Civic!!! Yesterday (6/22/2018) was a bad experience on every level. I had an appointment set up for one of their CPO 2015 Honda Civic. The deal was good, the p Yesterday (6/22/2018) was a bad experience on every level. I had an appointment set up for one of their CPO 2015 Honda Civic. The deal was good, the pictures looked fine. But, great disappointment only after reaching there, after an hour drive. Was greeted by a sales rep. After talking for a few minutes, we went to look at the car for the test drive. There starts the fun. A Honda Certified car, with all the pictures in their site without any damage has a big hole in the bumper. That instantly put me off. When I asked to the sales consultant about this, he too seemed amazed; tried his best to find other similar cars but there were none. "The car must have been priced this aggressively because of this defect", this is the response he gave. He must not be the one who puts up photos but the dealership seemed shady on this one. Why not put the actual pictures of the car with damage rather than try to lure in customers with damaged cars. More

Not only was I so happy with my purchase of the car but also extremely happy with my conversations with salesman Robert Levine. He is an extremely caring, kind, compassionate salesman who understands what the customer wants but also tries to make sure they get it. He is excellent at communicating and making sure we understood all the car features and he ensured we got the best price. He’s also a very humble and calm individual and someone who is willing to listen to and talk to his customers as if they are his own friends and family. I have never met a smarter, kinder, and effective car salesman in my life. I walked away not only with a new car but also with the feeling that I had someone I could rely on and call if there was a problem, and that man was Robert Levine. I also want to thank Vipin who is in charge of finance who helped us immensely and established very good rapport. Thank you DCH Honda for making my dream of buying my first car a reality.
