Bought a 2023 Denali yukon. Everything was pretty good with them, but the little things kinda fell short. Oil Life on this truck was at "24% remaining", no second key fob, console had frappaccino foam and coffee spills in the cup holder area and down side of glove box, vehicle wasn't washed when I picked it up, "add washer fluid' warning was on the dash, and the tire pressure on the right front was at 29psi. What all of this really says: "We will not do anything to inspect this vehicle to ensure you are good to go when you buy from us. We won't even fill the low tire with air, or add washer fluid in the basin, and we definitely will not wipe down the interior when you buy something from us." The salesman was a great guy and is literally the only reason I ended up still buying it. But my advice to the sales team and management is this: When you sell a 65K car to someone from 5 hours away, make sure you get your auto team to polish the vehicle up a little bit, top off fluids, change the oil, etc. Yes, this is a used car, but when talking with the sales team on the phone, it was presented as "nearly perfect", "flawless", "In immaculate condition", "super clean and needs nothing". Which is funny, because when I got home, I spent 5 hours detailing the inside. More
