This is a very gracious dealership. As impressive as the building is, the people are warm and friendly, and there is always hot coffee and cookies. We really appreciated working with Gary Williams, John, and Scott Desimone. We worked through the different possible vehicles we could purchase, and settled on one that fit our needs. We were well-taken care of, and are delighted with our vehicle.

Stevinson Lexus of Frederick is the elite of car dealers. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I love our new Lexus RX 350. The GM, Anthony, came in to make sure everything was good. It was more than good, it was perfect. Travis the Financial Manager was very professional and polite and made the paperwork go very smooth. Scott gave me a deal better than I expected. Nathan and Shane went above and beyond showing me the features of the Lexus before I drove away. They both were knowledgable and wanted me to call back if there was anything I did not understand completely.

I am a Stevinson Lexus customer for life. Thanks to all your staff for their sincere professionalism!!!!

For a resent sales of a new Lexus ES300h we has a very courteous and friendly experience with the entire Sales and Delivery team. They were always willing to go that extra step to ensure we were satisfied and had a very positive experience. There was no sales pressure or sales tactics.

Chris Roger is a consummate sales professional and did everything possible to make the buying experience very positive. When he was busy with other customers, he ensured that other sales associates helped us with the test drive and answered and questions. We took three visits before the final decision, but there was not pressure at any stage to push a decision. This is our second Lexus purchase from Chris.

Scott Desimone, the Sales Manager helped seal the deal.

Nathan Barnett did a great vehicle overview on the features of the vehicle and helped setup a number of personal options.

All the team members are always willing to help with any follow-up question and will even give you their personal cell phone numbers!

My wife and I have owned Lexus brand automobiles for the last twenty years. And we have just moved into the area. This was our first experience with stevinson Lexus in Frederick Co. We were completly impressed with the level of proffesionalism we recieved. Michael Burke our sales rep was knowledgable and patient. He and the managers were respectful of our time. Our first experience with Stevinson Lexus was one we will tell our friends and family.

This is the third Lexus that I have purchased from Stevinson Lexus in seven years. The first one was seven years ago. I purchased my then 75 year old Mother's Dreamcar, an IS250, for her. I had the pleasure of working with Scott DeSimone. It was so easy and actually fun, I could not believe it!
Two years later, I purchased my Lexus GX470 from Scott. I knew Lexus was high quality and all Lexus dealerships have top standards in the industry as I had previously owned a Lexus while living in another state. However, since interacting with Stevinson Lexus in Frederick, I know they provide exceptional service and have exceptional standards in all departments, even over other Lexus dealerships. Whether you are dealing with Sales or Service (also very awesome; run by John Lott) you will be pleased.
The prices are great, too. Recently, my mother's vehicle was in an accident and I needed to replace it for her. I called Scott, now Sales Manager, who had Chris Rogers in Sales help me. He found the exact vehicle I needed and gave me a great price! (I had previously researched prices so knew it was a great deal.) It was that simple! BTW, my now 82 year old mother was not even hurt even though her car was totaled. I think the Lexus protected her.
And,I honestly, don't think I will ever buy another car from another dealership because Stevinson Lexus is so great! I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends (many of them have purchased from S.L. after a visit.) I consider myself to have high standards being a previous four time Inc.500 (with AA rating) company owner. Also, a previous YPO Member. My integrity is very important to me.
