As a Bentley owner, I wanted you to know how fortunate you are to have Scott MacDonald on your service team. I have dealt with numerous Bentley dealers, and I can assure you that Scott was the most gracio you are to have Scott MacDonald on your service team. I have dealt with numerous Bentley dealers, and I can assure you that Scott was the most gracious and knowledgeable service guy I have ever dealt with. There are times when Bentley service people can be even more snobby and arrogant than the customers they serve. Not in Scott’s case. He went totally out of his way to help me with any questions I had on a particular Bentley that you guys service and that I am interested in purchasing. He could have easily have blown me off but he did not. He spent the time and had the patience to walk me thru the car – for which I am extremely grateful. More

I would highly recommend Chris if you are looking for your next high end vehicle. He even showed my daughter around the Bentley showroom as I finalized paperwork. I highly recommend buying a car from Foreign Cars Charlotte. I just brought my GT3R in for its first anual service and Scott the service manager is as professional as they come. Scott was able to get my car done the same day as my appointment and put me in a great, clean loaner that was fun to drive. Sal is my sales specialist and he is awesome. He regularly follows up on how I’m enjoying my car. I will absolutely buy from Sal again. Bill Taylor who runs the dealership is amazing to work with. Bill is extremely professional, polite, and fair when negotiating a price for these dream vehicles. I am so happy we have a fantastic high end dealership like Foreign Cars Charlotte in Our area.
