I must add the technicians are remarkable and work feverishly to ensure the job gets done right! Sales and Finance teams are stellar. Body shop is knowledgeable and professional. Fixed a problem that another dealer did not. After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during th After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during the short time they drove it, they couldn't fix it. I took it to Randall Reed, and the tech noticed that the description matched a TSB that had been out over a year. Truck repaired and the issue has not re-appeared. More
