I currently have 2 ford vehicle's and have been going to Brandon ford for almost 2 years. I have been dealing with Scott and have not had any problems what so ever. Scott was great in getting my fleet vehicle into service and out in a timely manner. He worked well with my fleet service even though your dealership no longer accepts their PHH card. Outstanding service and customer support! The service department is quick, efficient, thorough, and totally professional. The waiting room is pleasant with TVs, coffee/hot chocolate machine, and fresh p department is quick, efficient, thorough, and totally professional. The waiting room is pleasant with TVs, coffee/hot chocolate machine, and fresh popped popcorn. Our service rep., Scott Parker, totally takes care of all our service department needs. He is both thorough and professional. We couldn't be more satisfied with Brandon Ford. We will continue to come back for all our vehicle needs.
