My Review of Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen:
I have bought alot of cars over the years and I normally buy Honda products. This is my first Subaru and I have never experienced this smooth of a trade in and new car sale before. There was no bull or insulting low offers on my trade they were within 2k of what I wanted first offer. I showed up 20 minutes after closing time on a Friday night, due to traffic (traveling from hour and half away)and the two sales guys said that they still wanted to help me. Most dealers just say they are closed and come back on Monday! I could not believe how friendly they were. I know they would have prefered to have left on time but instead they took thier time and showed me the vehicle, helped me determine what packages to get, gave me a test drive, and worked with me on the price patiently. I was done in less than two hours start to finish. What more could you ask for! I know where I will be shopping for my next vehicle when my Honda Pilot wears out. Going to pick my new Outback up tomorrow night. O and they even gave me a nice dealer car while they prepped my new one. I have never had that offered to me before. Anyway cannot say enough about the guys at Dean Team Ballwin Subaru/Volkswagen !

I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the Dean Team members were in locating the perfect car for me and handling all the details of trading in my severely damaged car. They made a complicated situation seem easy. I believe I was given a fair price and that they went the extra mile in getting an extra key made, finding the keyless code, detailing the car, filling the gas tank, and even setting up the blue tooth phone connection for me.

My Review of Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen:
I have been leasing cars for the past 15-20 years from Audi to BMW to Volkswagon. My last three cars have been leased thru Dean Team-Ballwin. My experience with dealers has varied as far as integrity of the dealer(s), personalized service and efficiency of the transaction and delivery of the vehicle.

I just leased a 2012 Eos from Dean Team Ballwin yesterday, Nov 30th and found the experience so exceptional I requested an opportunity to forward a commendation. It started at 8 am meeting with David Liss to test drive the 2012 Eos - then I went to work. My 2009 leased Eos was due to be turned in so Scott Roberts and I then worked out the financial arrangement over the phone to allow me to upgrade to a 2012 Eos. I prefer not to spend the entire day at a dealership and asked Scott if he could prepare the paperwork in advance. I returned to the dealer at 4 pm, finalized some details with Scott, he then turned me over to the Closing Specialist, Richard Martin to close the deal. Scott then spent another 30 minutes in the car with me going over all of the special features and offered a quick tutorial on operations.

I obviously like Philip Dean and his team or I would not be returning to lease my third car. But yesterday was so exceptional I classify the experience as "luxury" treatment. And to top it off, Scott offered to personally handle the service requirements of my car. I simply call Scott, tell him what I need, drop my car off, pick up a loaner and he will ensure the service team completes the specified work.

Tell me, who wouldn't want to purchase or lease a car from the Dean Team in Ballwin? Highly commendable dealer!

Just purchased a new car from Dean Team. I worked closely with Scott Roberts and found him to be helpful in every way. Even though I live five hours away from this dealer, it was well worth the effort to make the connection. Scott was very attentive and even returned some items I inadvertently left in my trade-in vehicle. I highly recommend them; especially after some poor attention at dealers nearer my residence.

I visited Dean Team to purchase my first new vehicle and could not be more satisfied! Overall, I had a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I inquired about a vehicle online and was contacted by the Internet Sales Manager, Dave Liss. He was very polite, answered my questions about the car, and set a flexible test drive appointment to fit into my busy schedule. When I arrived at the dealership, Dave was there to greet me and introduced me to a salesman, Scott Roberts, who assisted me further.

I cannot speak more highly of Scott. He is a down-to-earth, straight-forward salesman who gave me a fair deal and helped me compare several different models to find the car to fit my needs. Scott was very polite, did a great job determining my needs in a car, and was extremely helpful through the financing process. Salesmen at other dealerships seemed more interested in getting me to sign my name on the line, but it was a whole different ball game dealing with Scott. He focused on making sure I was comfortable with the car, in the car, and the package he put together to finance the car. On top of all of that, I don't think there was a question out there Scott couldn't answer. He knows his product and he does a great job getting to know his customer so that he can create the perfect match.

Thank you Dean Team for putting me behind the wheel of my new 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Your staff is top notch and the next time I hear of someone looking to purchase a vehicle, I will be sending them your way. I walked into your business hoping to gather some information about a car and I left as a Dean Team customer for life!

From start to finish Scott made the research on the vehicle we were looking for, the sale, and the paperwork totally hassle free. When we purchase something, we don't like somebody pressuring us. We want to make the deal in our own timeframe and in what we feel is a good deal for us and for the dealer. Scott certainly lived up to those qualifications for us. When we went in to sign the paperwork, everything was exactly as we had talked about and he had all of it ready to go. The car was cleaned immaculately and filled with gas.

I would highly recommend The Dean Team and Scott in particular and I hope to have the chance to do so soon.
