I needed some extended warranty work done and Service maintenance. I set up an appointment and Sean(service ) ordered the parts. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment I was told one of the parts wa maintenance. I set up an appointment and Sean(service ) ordered the parts. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment I was told one of the parts was MIA. OK, well Sean told me he would reorder the missing part and could I come in tomorrow. The next morning as UPS WAS DROPPING OFF PARTS,I received a call from the parts department notifying me that the part was in. I then spoke with Sean and he said come in as soon as you can. I was there in a 1/2 hour . Sean had my vehicle serviced and the warranty work was done in an Hour. Some might think this was an inconvenience. To a degree yes, but Sean and the dealership stepped up and rectified the situation ASAP. Well that night I had gotten a flat on another vehicle and with no notice showed up.Again Sean stepped up and not only took care of the flat tire but some of the lug nuts had become defective and Sean told me not to worry. They would be covered under a product Warranty. This is a dealership that puts the Customer Relationship First and of course does great work on the servicing of your vehicle. More
