The sales team as a whole is sub par. You have to beg them to respond after they tell you they will reach out after they put numbers together for you. Only buy from here if you are desperate and make sure its in the chrysler family. Service dept can only fix chrysler or dodge. Bought a used nissan and Mike in service kept telling me that my problem was th in the chrysler family. Service dept can only fix chrysler or dodge.
