MY NEW TOY! I drove through the lot on Monday night to look at the 2 door Jeep Wranglers and 2017 Rams. I went back on Wednesday and met Sean LeBaron. He took me out back to look at the 2017's, then my fatal mistake was asking Sean about the 2018's. Ultimately I saw the REBEL! as they say.... the rest is history. on Friday we struck a deal and I bought this HOT 2018 RAM REBEL! All involved with making the deal were extremely helpful. I found the vehicle online and placed a call to the sales department where I spoke with Sean Lebaron. Sean was very easy to talk to and not pushy at all, he answered all the questions I had and set up a time for me to come in. The first vehicle I drove I was not a fan of but since they had multiple Grand Cherokees on their lot I was able to immediately take another for a test drive. I ended up loving that Jeep and the rest of the process was easy. I felt I got a fair deal on the jeep and my trade in. I would recommend bolles motors and sean lebaron to my friends and family. More

The last time I was at Bolles, I was not greeted with the same level of professionalism and courtesy and I actually walked off the sales floor taking 2 potential sales with me. I was leary about coming back this time but did so on a whim and I was glad I did! Sean was very down to earth, made me feel comfortable throughout the negotiating process and never made me feel pressured to buy ~ he actually made the experience quite enjoyable! Superior Customer Service I visited Bolles Motors on a whim which happened to be during a well organized sales event. One week later, I drove away with the car of my dreams. From Brian Bolles himself, I was greated several times to be sure I was happy with the sale. I was very impressed by that. I was also impressed with the painless process and the professionalism of all staff I was directly involved with from Sean to Daniel (who filled in for Sean) to Ken and Brian. I was treated like royalty and the wonderful part of that is that it never felt forced. At Bolles, it was natural. My salesman, Sean LeBaron was very kind and very patient with my “had to haves”. He engaged me on a personal level that comforted me and was sensitive to me not enjoying the car buying experience. However, while I’ve had good experiences buying before, buying from Bolles was different and was the best experience i’ve ever had. Because of that I’ve had to tell anyone who would listen about my experience, about Sean and how truly great it was. I wish Bolles much success for the coming year.
