Hello, my name is Sean Rushford and I work for Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in Internet Sales. I have had an immense passion for cars since I can remember... whether it be researching, selling, or building them. I was born and raised in the heart of Cave Creek, Arizona. I recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Communications with plans of one day pursuing my masters degree. First time We'd ever enjoyed buying a new car They had to locate the car we wanted out of state and have it transported into Arizona, and it's exactly what we wanted... The staff was very accommodating and friendly, even our granddaughter fell in love with Tony, making this the first time we've actually enjoyed buying a new car. Great job guys! Addendum: After sales experience wasn't nearly as wonderful. We had discussed our concerns about a few issues with the vehicle the day after delivery, we took the vehicle for a test drive with the salesman, who agreed that our concerns were legitimate, and conveyed this to the sales manager on duty, but when we brought the car in for service, neither of our concerns were addressed, nor noted anywhere on our receipt. When we called back and asked about these concerns, we were told that the mechanic drove the vehicle and said everything was fine... BTW, we're still having the same issues! We have been in communication with Hyundai USA consumer affairs department. More

Customer Service, Value & a Fast Transaction! Winner! I don't leave reviews often, so this is high praise. My wife and I recently had a baby and her Lexus IS250 no longer fit our growing family. After wee I don't leave reviews often, so this is high praise. My wife and I recently had a baby and her Lexus IS250 no longer fit our growing family. After weeks of deliberation we reached out to Sean Rushford to explore purchasing a Santa Fe Sport. He listened to our needs, gave us exactly what we asked for and made sure we were getting a great deal. Most of all, he was respectful of our time by doing all of the work prior to us arriving to the dealership. I'm a numbers guy so once we arrived I asked a ton of questions and he demonstrated a lot of patience which I greatly appreciate. He then introduced us to Ian Parker in Finance which was also extremely professional, friendly, informative and sensitive to our needs and we walked out new Santa Fe Sport owners. Total time in the dealership was less than 2hrs which is impressive. I really can't express how grateful we are to Sean, Ian and the Earnhardt team for making this purchase such an easy and enjoyable experience. There was no pressure, no up sells / cross sells, they just made sure we were well informed and respected our wishes. We love the car and will definitely be back! Five stars guys, keep up the great work! More
