I had received letter from Kia headquarters to inform me that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. I made an appointment and they took care of it at that anti theft software was offered to me as there had been a problem with theft of Kia Optima’s. I made an appointment and they took care of it at no cost. I also had oil change done. Total wait time was as stated 1-2 hours, was completed in 2 hours. Staff was very courteous. More

I think Riverchase Kia has got to be one of the most dishonest, unprofessional dealerships I have ever come into contact with, I wish I had seen this page before I took my car there. They provide the worst customer service and lie, lie, lie, lie. each time I called about my car they were always diagnosing it. Never could speak to anyone who knew anything about a car. This place is absolutely the worst place ive ever been from buying my car from them to coming back and having my oil changed. I will never come back to this place and I'd advise you note to do business wi from buying my car from them to coming back and having my oil changed. They cant even keep any workers. 😂 Oh and its not just me i have 2 other family members that have done business with you and they say they'll never be back either. 150 dollar's for a oil change and tier rotation. Absolute worst service department! 2014 Kia Optima was towed there due to catastrophic engine failure. Continue getting the run around about diagnostics…it’s the engine we are waiting on approval from Kia Motors to replace…wait, no we need to replace the starter for $550 to be able to do engine diagnostics…blah, blah and the rudeness is above and beyond. I was previously a Kia advocate but Riverchase Kia has completely changed my thoughts. Will never own another Kia!!!! More

As a marketing professor who has studied customer service across thousands of companies throughout my career, I can honestly say that the Riverchase Kia service department is one of the worst I have ever com across thousands of companies throughout my career, I can honestly say that the Riverchase Kia service department is one of the worst I have ever come across. There is a 95% likelihood that whatever they say to you in the service department will NOT happen. We have had AC problems with our K900 and have taken it to them 9 different times over the last two years having spent close to $6,000 so far. The car has been in their service parking lot more days than in our driveway. They will lie to you, and then lie to you again, and then lie to you again. If you call to ask about your car, do not leave a message because it's 100% guaranteed they will not call you back. It's hard for me to fathom what type of leadership it takes to produce the sort of systemic dishonest culture that exists in this service department. More

am so disappointed with Riverchase Kia. My mother bought a new Kia from them a few years ago. She has had air conditioning problems ever since she has had the vehicle. She has taken the v My mother bought a new Kia from them a few years ago. She has had air conditioning problems ever since she has had the vehicle. She has taken the vehicle in multiple times, charged hundreds, been without a car for weeks on end and the air conditioner still is not working. She gets the runaround to what seems to be a warranty issue. The service manager never answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. I would not recommend the service department or Riverchase Kia. Once you purchase a vehicle from them, they refuse to back the vehicle they sell. More

Update: after my car had been here for two weeks, the general manager, Eddie, stepped in when he heard my complaints. With that being said, he was able to get the repairs, that hadn’t been fixed for 2 we general manager, Eddie, stepped in when he heard my complaints. With that being said, he was able to get the repairs, that hadn’t been fixed for 2 weeks, done within 2-3 days. I appreciate him stepping in and improving my service experience. More
