Bought a certified Acura from this dealer. Flew from Michigan to make the purchase. Had an email with the "final break down" in hand from the "Finance Manager". Upon arrival, they raised the price b Michigan to make the purchase. Had an email with the "final break down" in hand from the "Finance Manager". Upon arrival, they raised the price by $838.08. What could I do? Manager wouldn't even come and see me. Take it of leave it with my $5,000 advance payment already taken. Finance Manager said he made a mistake ... his boss would not make it right. OK, I can understand if it was a $25,000 mistake then I would have no right to try to hold him to it. But what happened was totally unacceptable. I've probably bought 20 cars in my life. Never had anything close to this happen. If I lived locally, I would have certainly walked out. Be careful here - get everything in writing first. To top if off, I have to make 6 payments on the loan before I'm allowed to pay it off - which was definitely not made clear to me. I would have expected much, much more from a high end Acura dealer and Acura will be hearing from me next. Positive experience with Sales - make a deal (or so I thought) over the phone and was picked up at the airport. Much appreciated. But I'm still sorry to say that I can't recommend this dealer. More
