I should have gone with my gut feeling and driven off but i wanted a particular vehicle with a particular trim and they had it. The price was lower then others so i went but there was a reason for that and S i wanted a particular vehicle with a particular trim and they had it. The price was lower then others so i went but there was a reason for that and Sebastian Vargas, finance manager, lied directly to my face. The car was previously wrecked and very poorly repaired. He told me it was very minor. It was obviously not in the carfax. The issues it had are too long to list and after all it is a used-cars dealership so I won’t complain about the conditions but i will complaint how I was robbed $1,100 from Sebastian Vargas by increasing the price of the vehicle on the contract but not listing it, instead listing total price after taxes and fees. Then he points to a lower figure on the contract to confused you with the actual amount being financed. Prior to the purchase, he replied and answered my messages right away but after i drove off i tried to contact him 3 times and was completely ignored. To make things worst, he told me to yreturn in a couple hours to pick up the “detailed” vehicle. Needless to say, had they detailed the vehicle i would have instantly noticed the conditions but it looked like the barely passed a rag. The interior and exterior was dusty and dirty. Worst experience! AVOID SEBASTIAN VARGAS, AVOID WHERE LIXURY MEETS!!!!! More
