The description... "car dealership"... does not apply here! I despise going car shopping at dealerships! They all seem to do business pretty much the same way. So in recent years, I have avoided them. But I sa I despise going car shopping at dealerships! They all seem to do business pretty much the same way. So in recent years, I have avoided them. But I saw, on line, a car at Beaver Toyota of St Augustine I had been looking for. And it was advertised at a price that interested me. So, reluctantly....I decided to drive the 125 miles to check it out....with my negative attitude toward car dealerships fully engaged! Without boring you with all the details.....You can see I gave the experience 5 stars! I rarely do that. We felt like we were at a family reunion....and the "car sales discussion" part was down the priority list for everybody.....including me. Our salesman, Seth, (and his four brothers who works there too), along with everyone else, made an experience I was dreading, very enjoyable. PLUS...I left with the car I wanted, at the advertised price.....AND a new set of tires!!! 5.stars!! Thanks to Seth ....from Kester and Barb!! More

My daughter totaled her car and I needed something used and not to expensive so I called and spoke with Seth who made this experience pleasant and actually fun. Excellent I never have any problems every time I come by the dealer. When I went by to do my car service it was fast and I didn’t have to wait a long time the b I never have any problems every time I come by the dealer. When I went by to do my car service it was fast and I didn’t have to wait a long time the but it was only one thing I didn’t like is the I told the guy to tell the other person to drive my car and still put their foot on my side when the door open and leave a dirty mark I was upset because my car is always clean may sure tell them not to do this again other then that I was really happy with you guys services.
