I have been helping put dreams in driveways since 2003 and absolutely love what I do! I spent my childhood between Ridgecrest, California and Portland, Oregon and graduated from Sherman E. Burroughs High School in 1994. In 1996 I had the honor of joining the United States Army in 1996 as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer and served as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division Signal Battalion with a short year and a half trip serving in South Korea after that. When my Military service ended I moved to Chico, California where I began my automotive journey working for Ed Wittmeier at the Wittmeier Auto Center. I met my beautiful wife, CarolAnn Dustin in Chico and decided in 2008 to move back to Portland to be closer to my 6 brothers and sisters. Outside of my career I enjoy spending time with my Wife, my pets and fishing with my family.

From the outset, Seth pursued my business in an efficient and proficient manner. He was appropriately aggressive, but not over bearing. He was willing to work hard and be patient. He and Scott put enough time in to make me feel that the dealership was interested in our business. Even though we could not come to agreement initially, Seth continued to present himself and finally, made an offer that we accepted. I believe the offer met our interests, but was also reasonable enough for the dealership. The service delivered at the time I picked up the new ride was fantastic. Again, it was efficient, only told me what I wanted/needed to know and understood my circumstances. I would definitely look to Toyota of Gladstone again, and particularly Seth, for my next Toyota buying experience. More

Seth went above and beyond in helping us select our new car. He also worked hard to get the most for our trade. I do not think you can ever be totally satisfied with what you get for your trade, but Seth car. He also worked hard to get the most for our trade. I do not think you can ever be totally satisfied with what you get for your trade, but Seth definitely made it more than tolerable. His friendly nature is more than genuine and his customer service is above reproach. All of the employees of Gladstone were courteous and friendly. It was well worth the drive to Gladstone! I will take this forum to personally thank Seth for making our car buying experience pleasant. I will recommend Gladstone to all of my friends, and I hope to return soon for a new truck! More

Gladstone Toyota has a very friendly staff - straight forward with no haggling - no pushing, no attempts to sell us something we didn't want - just a fair presentation of the options that were available forward with no haggling - no pushing, no attempts to sell us something we didn't want - just a fair presentation of the options that were available from the dealer. Honest and efficient. The finance manager (I can't remember his name) was very congenial and helpful. A close facsimile of the car we wanted was in stock at a reasonable price and we received a good interest rate on financing through Toyota instead of paying cash or going to our own bank for a loan. The car was prepped and ready to go fairly quickly after we decided to purchase it, so we were able to drive off the lot in record time. Even though we had bought another Toyota from one of Gladstone Toyota's competitors just a month before, there was no trash talking the competition or any attempts to make their dealership look any better. The bottom line is that we feel we were treated fairly and honestly and we are satisfied with the purchase experience and the car we bought. More

We showed up at this dealership on a referral from Costco. Seth greeted us and handed us off to John. John introduced us to Joe who was to work with us on our possible purchase. Joe immediately too Costco. Seth greeted us and handed us off to John. John introduced us to Joe who was to work with us on our possible purchase. Joe immediately took us to the vehicle we were interested in. He was respectul, cordial and answered all of our questions. After the drive, we realized this was the car we wanted (Toyota Highlander Hybrid). We sat down with John and Joe, and worked out a deal in less than 10 minutes. My wife had to get to a hair appointment and they let us take the vehicle, and return to take care of the paperwork. Joe took care of everything for us. Even took my wife to get a late lunch while I went to pick up the kids from their Grandparents house. The car was prepped, and driven into the show room. Joe helped me with the final inspection of the vehicle, and sent us on our way with a beautiful new car. I can't tell you how satisfied I was with this car purchasing experience. No pain - no disrespect - no difficulties - the opposite of what I have experienced with most every other car purchase I have made. I asked Joe for some of his business cards so that I could pass them on to any friends or colleagues who might be looking for a Toyota, confident that my referral would be a positive experience for anyone I send to Joe. Thanks Joe, John and Seth. More

It would take a long time to write out my entire experience, so I will keep it simple. I was shopping around for a 2009 Tacoma. I contacted several different dealers trying to find the best price experience, so I will keep it simple. I was shopping around for a 2009 Tacoma. I contacted several different dealers trying to find the best price and eventually decided to drive up to Portland to meet with Chris from Broadway Toyota. He tried to pull some of the oldest car salesmen tricks in the book which irritated me since we'd been there for more than an hour (we = me and my 8 month pregnant wife). In my conversation with him, I found out that he did a dealer trade with Toyota of Gladstone (who he said was difficult to work with). After Chris and I argued back and forth about who said what and how the deal had changed, my wife and I left Broadway Toyota. On the road, I called Toyota of Gladstone and spoke with Seth Dustin. I made an offer ($200 less than my offer to Broadway Toyota by the way), and not only did he agree, but he threw in a VIP package, a free service, and he put me in contact with Sean who saved me over $600 in interest. There was no compromise involved, I got the exact truck that I wanted for a lower price and a lower interest rate from Toyota of Gladstone (no arguing, no hassle). Seth and Sean were very easy to work with and they even took the time to explain all of the truck's features before we drove off (which was about half an hour after they closed). I really cannot say anything bad about Toyota of Gladstone, in fact, I've already referred a friend of mine who's also looking for a Tacoma (yep, Broadway Toyota ... you've lost two customers and counting). E-mail pricing caught my eye. Went to other dealerships to compare. They were not informative nor had much knowledge. Gladstone had a large inventory which was of interest even though I chose a car that wa to compare. They were not informative nor had much knowledge. I felt the pricing was fair. More
