Canry I was on my way to purchase a used Camry from another dealer. On my way to the other dealer to finish up the deal on the used Camry shahat called me I was on my way to purchase a used Camry from another dealer. On my way to the other dealer to finish up the deal on the used Camry shahat called me from heiser. He said he can do a great deal on a brand new Camry 2016 he made me think about it. Really nice place I was shopping around to buy 2016 Camry. I visited 2 other dealers before I met Shahat and Jamie on Monday afternoon. They gave me an offer on 2016 I was shopping around to buy 2016 Camry. I visited 2 other dealers before I met Shahat and Jamie on Monday afternoon. They gave me an offer on 2016 Camry which I could not turn down. He delivered what he promised. There was no surprises such as price change, option changes etc etc. He delivered what I was told. From Absolutely fab to Terrible 3rd rate post sales executio Post sales Though it looked like a great sales experience, the following execution on sales promises were in adequate and 3rd rated at best. I will not want my work enemies to have this kind of experience. Terrible and no one is even apologetic. The navigation system does not work, the rear view equipment fell down. TOYOTA, shame on you because of HEISER! Old Input during sales Exceptional mess free sales process with Shahat. No gimmicks, no pressure. Felt very comfortable with my decision and the blue Shahat was able to negotiate for me. More

After s I did not have any intention of purchasing a car the day I went to the dealership. I wanted to see what options I had firstly the 4Runner. After speaking with Shahat, they gave me a deal that I was happy with. Shahat was attentive and kept me in the loop and was straight forward with me. I am and honest person and expect the same in return, He gave me several options and went over everything when it came time to sign the paperwork. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain in detail on areas that I was not clear with. I am a happy customer! More
