Mike Risi is top notch. First of all, he remembered me from when I purchased my GMC Envoy which was over 6 years ago. He was friendly, respectful and a good listener. Tom Healy was our sales person and he was fun to work with. He kept all his promises and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. He was even so conscientious that he found me some Tylenol when I had a headache. Sharon Giustino was our finance guru and she was great, too, explaining different options for financing and finding us a great deal. There is reason Meadowland has been around for over 40 years. They are a great dealership, thoroughly professional. It is the third car our family has purchased from them. More

Frank was professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy, whatsoever. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and was totally happy with the end result. They are lucky to have him aboard. Sharon (do not remember her last name) in the financing department, was thorough and efficient as always. I have dealt with Sharon several times of the last 20 years, purchasing several cars from this dealership. She made sure to apply any rebates available and was very quick to provide the financial information required to make the sale. I am a business owner of an HVAC company in Westchester County, NY and fully understand the sales and service aspect of running a successful business. This is the second new Durango purchased here the staff are all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.The service dept has been very accommodating in the past.The latest purchase was delivered on time a are all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.The service dept has been very accommodating in the past.The latest purchase was delivered on time and Mike Risi even had service replace a missing seatbelt bracket cover from another Durango prior to me driving off which saved me a return visit.
