Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Best Car Buying Experience! I was in need of a new car in a short time frame and I turned to Rallye BMW from all the great reviews I have heard. Called in and spoke with Samantha who was extremely helpful! She was kind enough to set me up for an appointment with one of the Senior Sales Advisors Sharonda. Upon my first visit Sharonda was already waiting for me in the showroom at the front desk. Throughout the whole process she was a tremendous help and a pleasure to work with!!! Sharonda was able to get me the car I wanted in the short time I had to obtain. I am so extremely satisfied and in love with my new BMW! I don't believe the salesperson cared to sell the vehicle. I will start off by saying that Rallye has a beautiful showroom and has a very convenient location but I honestly had such a terrible experience I wou I will start off by saying that Rallye has a beautiful showroom and has a very convenient location but I honestly had such a terrible experience I wouldn't go back to them for sure. I set the appointment to come back a second time after seeing a vehicle that I was interested in. I wasn't even offered a test drive and was told that I only have 7 minutes to view the vehicle as she had to leave at 5pm. Called on that day multiple times to see if we could reschedule the time but she may have been too busy to return my call which is completely understandable because I'm in sales as well. She sarcastically tells me she doesn't sit around at the phone waiting for my calls. Perhaps it may have been a joke but I certainly don't like feeling as if I'm nothing as a customer. After the test drive (with basically no overview of the vehicle's functions), we sat down and I wanted to negotiate the price. The salesperson became a bit negative and asked me why I test drove the vehicle if I was not content with the price to begin with! No effort was put in to speak with the manager or perhaps even try. That's when I became a bit upset and told her I wanted to test drive the vehicle to make sure that I actually liked it! In my opinion, a consumer should be offered a test drive regardless and never be subject to a poor attitude, especially when I wasn't even giving her a hard time or being a rude customer. I immediately left and searched for the nearest alternate BMW dealerships in the area. I made an appointment for the very next morning and signed for the same vehicle at another dealership immediately without the unfriendliness, and unprofessional attitude. Sometimes it's not always about the price. It's about being treated correctly as a consumer. I was ready to purchase a vehicle that very day when I was at Rallye. Just wanted to provide a little bit of feedback as to the type of service that is being provided. More

I've been driving BMW's since 1998 and did business with two other dealerships prior to establishing my relationship with Rallye in 2004. At that point in time, I decided to search for the be business with two other dealerships prior to establishing my relationship with Rallye in 2004. At that point in time, I decided to search for the best-in-class BMW dealer in the New York area to ensure my customer experience resonated with leasing the ultimate driving machine. I developed a spreadsheet to assess the key attributes of each dealership (i.e. salesperson interaction, facility, operations, price, etc.) and Rallye was the unanimous choice. The key ingredient was salesman Rich DeAngelo (currently sales manager) who handled the entire process with the knowledge and professionalism I expected from the premier BMW dealership. Rich listened to my requirements and addressed every question with confidence / conviction. Additionally, every member of the Rallye team has replicated the customer experience throughout the past 10 years including my most recent lease of the new 4 Series Coupe. I'm a loyal BMW / Rallye customer and have recommended several people over the years. More
