Everytime our truck, our only vehicle, has required extensive work, beyond its routine maintenance and oil changes, our family has experienced some unrelated challenge simultaneously. The team has shown real care and empathy for our situation and moved heaven and earth to make the required repairs a non issue in crisis we were confronting. The have expedited the work so that we didn’t miss travel reservations and non refundable event tickets all the way to making sure we got to the bedside of my wife’s father when he passed after a decade long fight against Alzheimer’s.
