Shawn was very friendly and patient with me as I was looking for a car. He helped me decide to my satisfaction, and never once made me feel obligated to buy. He kept in mind what exactly I wanted, and gave me plenty of good car choices! I'm very happy he was my salesman, and will recommend him in the future!

Shawn was incredibly helpful. He met us as soon as we got out of our car. We've been to a few other dealers where we wandered around for long periods of time before we were helped or we just left out of frustration, so this was a welcome change.
The car we came to look at was no longer there, but Shawn walked us through the entire lot, casually discussing how the various vehicles compared to what we were looking for.
Obviously, we found one and were able to make the deal.

We also want to note that we were trading in a vehicle, but didn't bring it in as we weren't planning on driving a car home that day. In order to save us a trip back, Sean offered to drive back with us and drive our trade-in back. After all the necessary hours spent buying, this was an incredibly nice extra effort.

We left happy about our purchase and very pleased with the service. Thank you Shawn for making it so easy.

Shawn was so great! He never pushed us into a car we didn't want. Gave us great feedback about the cars we were interested in. When it came to making the deal happen they did everything they could to help!

I will say that Shawn helped us a great deal. He was very friendly, professional, and listened to all our needs. I would recomend him to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. I deal in customer service all day long and i know how it is to deal with certain customers and the time line that it may take to make sure the customer is completely satisified, so it was very nice to be on the other end this time. Thank you Shawn for all of your help.

We were skeptical about going to Ricart due to previous bad experiences with high pressure sales tactics and bait and switch ads. We told Shawn about this right up front. He was totally awesome to work with and never once made us feel uneasy.

Shawn did an excellent job. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted but we gave him some criteria of what we were looking for and he showed us several models that met that criteria, all within the price we were looking for. He was very helpful in showing us the details of the vehicle. I feel he went that extra mile to make the deal happen.

I am really glad we shopped at Ricart and will not hesitate to go there again or to recommend it to friends and family.
