We needed a “tow-behind “ and he immediately knew which cars fit our needs, as well as knowing the features of the cars that he showed us. He was able to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to accommodate us. Likewise, Shawn Decker, the finance manager, was very nice and very helpful. Not once did we experience any of the high pressure tactics we have encountered at other dealers. We felt like they listened to us and worked to help us get what we wanted. Would recommend Headquarter Honda in Clermont, FL to everyone. More

She partnered me with Dylan and maintained communication with me throughout the process. Dylan was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made the buying process seamless. I wasn't initially going to buy Honda but Hope and Dylan changed my perspective and are 100% responsible for the sale. Dylan came in on his day off and facilitated a solid trade-in value plus drew up paperwork that met my budget. Paul and Shawn were equally hospitable and guaranteed that I left with my expectations exceeded. This dealership is lucky to have these employees and I'm happy to be part of the Honda family. More

I made a deal on the internet and upon my appointed arrival at the dealership, I was told that my contact had turned the deal over to another salesman to write it up. Disappointment #1. When I got t arrival at the dealership, I was told that my contact had turned the deal over to another salesman to write it up. Disappointment #1. When I got to the finance guy, I was required to purchase an "original" tag for more money instead of "transferring" my existing valid tag Disappointment #2. Later, after verifying their mistake with my local DMV Headquarter Honda failed to issue a refund on the excess titling and registration fee. Disappointment #3. So, I'm done with Headquarter Honda, but I love my new Ridgeline nonetheless. More
