This dealership gets brand loyalty and creating Longterm relationships. My salesman Shawn listened to our concerns offered us options and put together a great deal. Chris in management was friendly and professional. Fez and TJ in Finance put us into a great bank and gave no nonsense options to keep us in a good place Longterm. They all know what they're doing. Danny and the whole service Team never missed a beat. I've trusted them for years. I have delt with other dealerships in the aera but none of them compared to Volkswagen of Ocala. Sean was an a excellent sales associate-alongside Cecili- and was able to answer just about all of my inquiries about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I had some hiccups with the process over the weeke and was able to answer just about all of my inquiries about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Shawn was cool. Problem i had was they made it insanely difficult to get them to remove the Add-On Package.
