Easy, quick and painless experience I knew the car I wanted and was able to negotiate to the price I wanted over the phone based on Truecar and all the incentives currently going (PenFed I knew the car I wanted and was able to negotiate to the price I wanted over the phone based on Truecar and all the incentives currently going (PenFed, Costco, Loyalty, etc.). Shawn understood my position and did not push me into making a decision. Once at the dealer, it took only about 2 hrs to drive off the lot with the car. More
