My experience at 5 Star Ford was one of the best. Eddie was great to work with. He was not pushy. Even when I left the dealership on my first visit he did not harrass me afterwards and I really appreciated was great to work with. He was not pushy. We examined the dealer's website, Edmunds.com, and intellichoice.com. We figured out what we wanted, the features we absolutely wanted, and what we wanted to pay. I hate car dealers. I think they are kind of like lawyers in a since due to the potential for high pressure sales people, not here though. They greeted us, then handed us off to the appropriate sales person for our needs. Our experience was smooth and seamless from start to finish. More

I went to Five Star having never purchased a used vehicle from a dealer before. I told Shawn and Tony how much I had been pre-approved for by my credit union and didn't really want to go over that but I did from a dealer before.
