I would like to amend a previous review by saying that Shawn who oversees the service department called me to talk through my issues. I really appreciate that he called me, not because it was a negative r Shawn who oversees the service department called me to talk through my issues. I really appreciate that he called me, not because it was a negative review, but because he wanted to fix any issues I had and also wanted to make sure his service team was up to date on the small fixes that needed to take place. He clearly wants to make sure his service team is giving excellent service to their customers and that means a lot! So thank you very much Shawn for taking the time to talk and to reassure me that the minor issues I had wouldn't happen again. He definitely changed my opinion about Brattleboro Subaru and I will definitely be going back again! More
