Gabrielle was a pleasure to work with. Honest and friendly. Our initial contact with the dealership was with Shawn. He was straightforward and honest. Great communication. When we arrived at the dealership to buy the car, there were none of the shenanigans that some dealerships pull off last minute like added fees. The price we were quoted over the phone and the dealership charges we were quoted were exactly what we paid. There was a minor problem with the dealership sending out our paperwork. It went out via the US mail instead of FedEx overnight service. Oh well. Not a big deal. We would highly recommend Brown Daub Kia. We're incredibly happy with the car and the dealership experience. We had been discussing buying a new car, but weren't planning to purchase right away. But Warren and Shawn answered our questions with no fuss and gave us straight answers about our trade and our financ planning to purchase right away. But Warren and Shawn answered our questions with no fuss and gave us straight answers about our trade and our financing possibilities. We had done research on the car we purchased before we came to the dealership, so we knew what we should expect to pay--it was great to have those expectations met. We ended up buying the car that day, rather than continuing to shop elsewhere. Painless and pleasant experience! More
