We purchased a brand new RAV4 with less than 30 miles on it. When we did the test drive, the tire indicator light came on. Our salesman said he would have the service department check it out before leaving, it. When we did the test drive, the tire indicator light came on. Our salesman said he would have the service department check it out before leaving, and the service department, come to later find out, simply recalibrated the PSI in the tires. Approximately 10 miles from the dealership and on a major interstate, the tire indicator light came back on and then about 5 miles later, the tire blew. We waiting 2 hours for someone to come change the tire and the took the car back to the dealership. When the service department later contacted us, they accused us of hitting something on the road—we did not. Both the service department and our salesman blamed us and indicated there was nothing they could do but they would keep looking into. At this time, even though we were told otherwise, the manager had yet to be notified of the situation. After waiting several hours to hear back, we decided we were done with the dealership and would just pick up the car and purchase four new tires (because I didn’t have any confidence in the remaining three tires on the car). When we picked up the car, the manager spoke with us. He was extremely sorry for and disappointed in what had happened and was willing to work with us. The damage, however, had been done. We went to Sam’s Club to have our new tires installed on our brand new vehicle. When the installation was complete, the attendant told us that he discovered why the tire blew—the remaining three tires were all overinflated, having between 45 and 50 PSI, and that had we continued driving on the tires we left the dealership with, there would have been a good chance that additional tires would have blown. This was clear negligence by the dealership and dishonesty by the salesman and the service department. We will NOT be doing any additional work with the dealership or its service department. More

Carver sold me a car with multiple issues and I brought it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. It cost me $100 deductib it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. It cost me $100 deductible after I purchased the warranty from Carver. They told me there would be zero charge on anything with the warranty they sold me. Ford dealer fixed the issue in a half day. More

I bought a toyota tacoma from the dealership the truck had 47,000 miles on it They said that they did a Over one hundred point inspection on the truck and that it was good to go. They said I would not owe anything for the next 5 years. On my 1st trip and to get my new Toyota Tacoma Oil change service. They began to tell me that I owe money for additional services that should have been part of the premium package. Then told Me that I needed my tires replaced. The tires were nobby on the inside they said. I had just paid 41,000 for this vehicle. They still haven't replaced my tires. I've been in several times after that for service And they keep trying to charge me for things that are covered by my premium package... Long story short don't get the premium package there. I probably wouldn't buy gum there if they had it for sale at a diccounted rate!! Let alone a car!! More

I wrote down a whole review and it deleted for some reason basically went like this. The service department ladys are the only ones in the building that seem to know what there doing. I waited in the lounge area for over 10 hours in the span of two days .They dont know my coverage because they are trying to charge me 3 TIMES.THEY HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY COVERAGE .They cant get parts in. Customer service are the only ones that dont seen to have there head in there xxx. More
