Luckily, I had my dad along with me- a 40 year veteran of the car sales industry, so needless to say, expectations were incredibly high. Fortunately, Advantage Toyota was able to exceed those expectations! We were lucky enough to work with Chris Williams, who was so knowledgeable and so helpful, answering any and all questions. He took us for a test drive, and was able to explain the ins and outs of the vehicle with ease. My father called referred to him as "the best salesman [he's] seen in a long, long time". Communication was super easy, too, and Chris was very responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts. We're extra thankful for the wonderful Shermica Malcolm for her help and support, and her individualized attention to our needs. Fantastic management! Finally, on the day of deliver (car was leased on Monday, I drove it off the lot on Wednesday- amazing!), we had the pleasure of working with Mohammed Ali who was the sweetest, most helpful gentleman in the world! All options were explained thoroughly and questions were answered in great detail. Chris was waiting in the lot to help me transfer plates, and even gave me some time to say goodbye to my trade- in. Chris, you're exceptional! I really can't speak highly enough about the wonderful staff at Advantage Toyota; if you're able to, do yourself the favor and use them for all of your automotive needs! More

Femi to the rescue! I purchased a new SUV at this dealership last month and had it not been for Femi Osewa this would not have been a 5 star review! I need to point out t I purchased a new SUV at this dealership last month and had it not been for Femi Osewa this would not have been a 5 star review! I need to point out that Femi was NOT my sales rep, who made the sale and got the commission. Rather had it not been for Femi this would have been zero stars! Although I received a call 4 hours before I came in from my sales associate telling me that my car was all prepped and ready for pick up, when I finally arrived later the car was visibly dirty, still had a strip of plastic on the entire roof of the SUV (that I would never had noticed had I not come with a tall person!), had a chip in the paint, was missing the registration sticker in the window (which surely would have been a ticket for me the next day) and I found out the next day had a huge stain in the trunk cargo liner! Femi happened to be walking by and heard me voicing my concerns with the sales associate, who was insisting he couldn't do anything for me, and immediately took over. He himself got touch up paint and fixed the chip perfectly, found the registration sticker, & took the car back to detailing and made sure it was properly cleaned on the spot! When I sent him a photo of the trunk stain the next day when I noticed it, he had me come in and got me a new liner. Moral of the story, work with a knowledgeable associate. I highly recommend Femi. Note to Toyota...give him a raise as someone who can get me to write a positive review after an initially horrible experience deserves one! More

He made sure I would have an apron on the back of the car & a cargo net inside the trunk. He was able to help lower my monthly payments which really helps me. He's an exceptional Salesman & I could tell he loved his job because of his enthusiasm & eagerness to please. I felt he sincerely cared about me & wanted to make sure I was satisfied with this shopping experience. On a score of 10 being Outstanding, I would give Mr. Olivera a 20!!! I hope Toyota realizes what an asset he is & really appreciates him and his work ethics and effort. More

Rudy was phenomenal in that he actually listened to my needs and did everything he could to find a vehicle that best fit those requirements without selling me what I don't want. Rudy was a candid man and made me feel comfortable not having to deal with any sales talk or tactics. He was patient during my selection and pricing process. I truly felt that Rudy invested his time with me as a valuable customer rather than someone to just make money off of. Rudy was also helpful post-sales with follow up calls - he even proved knowledgeable about the Sienna emergency kit when I couldn't locate the wheel lock key. Rudy was the reason I chose to lease with Advantage Toyota. I highly recommend Rudy Walker if you go to this dealership. More
